  1. 1995Olivia Miller is founded, becoming a national staple in women's footwear.
  2. 2010Predecessor platform formed for design, development, and sales of consumer products.
  3. 2014Portfolio expansion across men's and women's footwear, accessories, and apparel.
  4. 2015Began eCommerce expansion through key dropship and marketplace partnerships, laying the foundation for the future of shopping.
  5. 2016Full-stack DTC launched on Shopify Plus across the brand portfolio.
  6. 2018Built state-of-the-art distribution center to scale fulfillment across channels.
  7. 2019Expanded into new categories during COVID to meet shifting consumer demand.
  8. 2024Agentic commerce readiness across PDPs; AI embedded across creative, search, and CX.
  9. 2025Live commerce introduced via @TrendupCollection on Whatnot.
  10. 2026Trendup Group is established and acquires S3 Holding, consolidating the brand portfolio and operating platform.
